In Avdeevka, a 73-year-old woman died from a Russian shell

Immediately after midnight on New Year’s Eve, the Russians shelled Orlovka with artillery, and in the morning – Ocheretino, Donetsk region.

In Avdeevka, a 73-year-old local resident died as a result of an enemy attack. The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadim Filashkin, announced this on Monday, January 1, on Telegram.

According to him, around 16:00 the enemy fired artillery in the city and hit the private sector. A local resident was injured and, despite all efforts, doctors could not save him.

“The entire Donetsk region is now a big hot spot, and this particularly applies directly to front-line cities and villages. Staying here is dangerous! Evacuate,” the head of DOVA gave stress

In the past 24 hours in the Kherson region, one child was killed and 14 other people were injured due to Russian shelling.

We previously wrote that as a result of the Russian drone attack on Lviv, the museum of the commander of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army Roman Shukhevych in Belogorsch was destroyed.

Earlier, the head of Lviv OVA, Maxim Kozitsky, reported that on the outskirts of Lvov in Belogorsch, a fire broke out in the Shukhevych Museum due to falling debris from an enemy drone.
