At checkpoints in the Kyiv region they are looking for saboteurs and terrorists, but subpoenas from the TCC are still handed to the hijackers.

The commandant of the Kyiv region, Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Oleynik, announced this in a commentary to TSN.
Security measures in Kyiv and the region with the setting up of checkpoints and checking of documents and cars are a constant means of identifying sabotage groups, extremists and wanted persons. Also, in this way, they are looking for weapons and explosives. However, if a person is found at a checkpoint who is evading mobilization measures or has not updated the data in the TCC and SP, he will receive a summons.
There are no separate instructions for increasing mobilization. There definitely weren’t any… But if police officers at the base check a person and see that the person is wanted as a draft evader or has not restored his credentials in the TCC and SP, then, of course, in this case, the employees of the territorial recruitment center will issue such citizens agenda,” Oliynyk noted.
