Israel’s Prime Minister says the country is “fighting on all fronts” and that the war in the Gaza Strip will continue for months.
The war in the Gaza Strip will continue for months. Israel is ready to fight until it achieves all goals. This is what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, reports The Times of Israel.
“Achieving victory takes more time. The war will continue for many months. My policy is clear – I will continue to fight until all wars are won,” he said.
According to Netanyahu, Israel is “waging war on all fronts.” Gaza will not be a threat to Israel, and ultimately there will be no terrorist elements left there, the head of government assured.
Israel’s prime minister stressed that the IDF is acting to ensure the “maximum protection” for its soldiers. According to him, “more than 8,000 terrorists have been killed” and the military capabilities of Hamas are being destroyed “step by step.”
The head of government also pledged to confront Iran “anywhere and by all means.” Netanyahu again warned that Iran will suffer if Hezbollah escalates its war with Israel.
We remind you that on October 7, Hamas militants attacked Israel. Terrorists killed and kidnapped not only military personnel, but also civilians. After that, Israel launched an operation against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
On November 24, a temporary truce was declared between Israel and Hamas to free prisoners, but fighting resumed on December 1 over what Tel Aviv says are violations of the militants’ terms.
