The speaker of the joint press center of the Tauride Defense Forces, Alexander Shtupun, spoke about this on air at the national telethon, the Ukrinform agency reports.
For now we are holding our own. There is always the threat of a cordon and a breakthrough. But we are pulling up reserves, reformatting, inflicting damage on the enemy,” Shtupun noted. – Every day he loses 300-400 people there killed and wounded and a lot of military equipment.
He noted that the enemy was bringing up reserves:
- in one column there can be both the latest and very old Soviet models of equipment;
- The enemy regularly recruits personnel.
