“On December 20, 2023, ice and snow fell from the roof of a building located in the city of Lyubertsy, injuring four people. One of the victims later died in hospital from his injuries,” the report said.
Social networks reported that the deceased, 34-year-old Fedor Kuzmin, worked at a stepladder manufacturing company. At the hospital, he was diagnosed with a broken spine, broken ribs, ruptured liver and punctured lung. He lined up to register for military service at his place of registration.
It was also reported that his wife stood in line with Kuzmin. He was also among the victims – he had a fracture in his spine. The couple had children – according to various sources, three or four.
