The enemy launched attack drones of the Shahed-136/131 type from the occupied Crimea from the Balaklava region. In total, 15 enemy UAV launches were recorded. Nine drones of the mobile fire group units of the Defense Forces were able to destroy in different regions of Ukraine. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.
The Russians also launched two X-59 guided aircraft missiles into the Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions. The enemy missiles were shot down by anti-aircraft missile units of the Vostok air command.
Let us remind you that the Russian invaders, after a long pause of 79 days, resumed attacks with cruise missiles from the Tu-95MS strategic aircraft. In particular, on December 8, about 10 missile-carrying bombers fired cruise missiles of the X-101/555/55 type from the area of the city of Engels, Saratov region of Russia. All missiles flying in the direction of Kyiv were destroyed while approaching the capital.
And on the morning of December 11, the invaders hit the Kiev region with eight ballistic missiles. They were previously launched from the Bryansk region of Russia. All eight targets were destroyed.
