This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction Alexander Kubrakov. 15 trucks have already passed in the direction of Ukraine, 25 are preparing to travel to Poland.
According to him, there has been a steady movement of trucks since 2 p.m. The blockade of the largest cargo checkpoint lasted more than a month.
Kubrakov added that the unblocking work has not yet been completed.
The border must be completely unblocked, and further blockages must not be allowed,” the minister wrote.
Earlier, one of the initiators of the protest against Polish carriers, Rafal Mekler, head of the Lublin Center of the right-wing populist and pro-Russian party “Confederation,” wrote about the unblocking on his Facebook page.
In Doroguska we received a call that the mayor would dissolve the protest at about 13.00. The most interesting thing is that just yesterday the Ukrainians knew that tomorrow the protest would end,” Meckler wrote today.
