During martial law, it is not necessary to notarize the package of documents, but the permission of the National Social Service is required.
In Ukraine, during martial law, the rules for children traveling abroad for recreation and entertainment were simplified. On Tuesday, June 14, the State Border Service reported.
“During martial law, groups of children can travel abroad for recreation and entertainment only with the permission of the National Social Service. At the same time, there is no need to notarize a package of documents,” the statement said.
Border control is carried out in the presentation of:
-
permission of the National Social Service for the removal of children;
-
group lists of traveling children and accompanying people;
-
passport of a citizen of Ukraine or birth certificate of a child;
-
coordination of service for children’s activities with the consent of the legal representatives of each child for his departure;
-
application of the parents for the removal of the child abroad, certified by the service for children.
A few days earlier, it was reported that the Ministry of Social Policy would send hundreds of thousands of children abroad for vacation.
