The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, announced this on his Facebook page.
The life of Ruslan Anisenko, a volunteer of the “Real” organization, tragically ended this morning. He was killed by a Russian shell fired at the city center,” Prokudin noted.
The press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports that the Russians carried out artillery shelling of the center of Kherson at about 09.00. As a result, a 48-year-old man and woman died. A 59-year-old city resident was also seriously injured and was hospitalized.
Everyone was on the street at the time of the enemy attack, the prosecutor’s office noted.
