Khmelnitsky public distributed a video of a conflict situation between a civilian and a citizen in military uniform. The Khmelnitsky Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support ordered an internal investigation into this fact, the TCC press service reported.
“A video is being distributed on the Internet about a conflict situation between a civilian and a citizen in military uniform. The command of the Khmelnitsky OTCC and SP are taking measures to establish the circumstances of this case. An official that inspection has been assigned,” the message said.
In the video, men in military uniform threaten a citizen who is stopped to check his documents. A man in uniform – possibly an employee of the military registration and enlistment office – first asked not to be fired and tried to take the man’s phone, and then began threatening him with military service.
