The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has already received a corresponding statement on the resignation of parliamentary powers and the early termination of the powers of a people’s deputy of Ukraine. The corresponding application will be considered at the next plenary meeting. The head of parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk announced this on December 4 in Telegram.
As you know, Dmitry Shpenov is a people’s deputy of the VI, VIІ, VIII and IX convocations. In 2007-2012 he was a people’s deputy from the Party of Regions. He entered the Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation as a non-party self-nominated candidate in electoral district No. 37 in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Let us remind you that on December 1, people’s deputy from the “Trust” group Maxim Efimov announced that he was drawing up a parliamentary mandate. He decided to finish his work in the Verkhovna Rada because he does not have enough time for parliamentary activities.
