On the night of December 4, Ukrainian air defense repelled another attempt to damage one of these facilities. At dawn, during an air raid, air defense forces destroyed enemy drones in the Carpathian region. Fortunately, there were no casualties or significant damage. The head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Administration Svetlana Onischuk reported this on Telegram.
It is noted that the relevant services are working at the site where the Shahed debris fell.
In addition, that night, during the alarm, one Shahed flew into the airspace of the Lviv region. The regional military administration noted that the UAV was constantly changing course. They managed to shoot him down outside the Lviv region. There were no casualties or damage recorded in the area.
Let us remind you that on the night of December 4, the Russians launched 23 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs from Cape Chauda in the occupied Crimea. Air defense operated in at least nine regions of Ukraine and the defenders managed to shoot down 18 Shaheds.
