The head of the Office of the President, Andriy Ermak, published a photo from the scene of the attack on a Kherson high-rise building today, December 3.

“Russian terrorists opened fire in Kherson, hitting a residential building. A conscious war on civilians from Russians, the world must remember that Russia is a terrorist state,” said the commentary on the photo.

Ermak wrote that five victims were known, but after a few hours the head of the OVA press office, Tolokonnikov, reported that the number of victims had increased to seven people.

It was previously reported that as a result of the attack on Kherson, one person died and three were injured.

Before this, there was a message that today a man died during shelling in the Kherson region. A Russian mortar shell hit a garage where a 78-year-old local resident was located.
