Such data was published by the military intelligence of the British Ministry of Defense in its daily construction.
In August, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced plans to restore the 104th division, the report’s authors write.
TASS propagandists reported on August 14 that the 104th division would be re-created as part of the Airborne Forces, citing a source close to the Russian military department.

The division probably includes the 337th Regiment, an additional maneuver regiment and the 52nd Artillery Brigade. The number of airborne divisions in combat order will increase to five, the code says.
Its authors believe that the division’s personnel are likely poorly trained and are unlikely to meet the former elite standards of the VDS. However, it will be under the control of Airborne Forces commander Mikhail Teplinsky, commander of the Dnepr group of troops in the Kherson direction.
