On Wednesday, November 29, there will be blizzards and icy roads in the western regions at night.
There is snow in the Transcarpathian, Lviv, Volyn, and Rivne regions.
In the Zhytomyr, Kiev, Chernihiv, Vinnitsa, Cherkasy, Poltava regions at night and in the morning, in the Sumy and Kharkov regions during the day there is significant sleet and rain, accumulation of sleet, sleet, and icy roads.
A new storm warning has been announced in the Odessa region: gusty winds are expected at night.
Forecasters predict south wind gusts of 15-20 m/s, the mayor’s office reported, citing the Hydrometeorological Center of the Black and Azov Seas.

Overnight, Odessa rescuers rescued 145 cars from snow captivity; three highways were partially closed to trucks and buses. As the press service of the State Emergency Service of the Odessa region reported, over the course of several days, 849 cars were freed from snowdrifts, including 24 buses and 17 ambulances.
