It will rain in Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson, Zaporozhye regions and Crimea.
The Hydrometeorological Center warns that the following are expected:
- heavy snowfalls – snow cover growth is 20-30 cm, in the southern and eastern regions of the region up to 50 cm;
- wind increase to 17-22 m/s, in some places across the region 25 m/s;

Difficult weather conditions will complicate the work of utilities and energy enterprises, disrupt and stop traffic on roads and streets (threat level II, orange),” the Center said.
Earlier, the dispatch center of NEC Ukrenergo warned that it was looking for ways to cover the deficit in the energy system that arose as a result of increased electricity consumption due to worsening weather conditions.
A ZN.UA source familiar with the situation said that on November 22, the deficit amounted to 650 MW, and on November 23, due to cold weather and an increase in the load on the energy system, it could increase by almost two and a half times.
At the same time, the possibilities for importing electricity are still limited; with the technical ability to import up to 1200 MW from Europe, import volumes on November 22 amounted to only 500 MW.
