The head of the Servant of the People party, Elena Shulyak, said that the disciplinary commission supported the decision to expel Andrei Odarchenko, suspected of bribing the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development, Mustafa Nayem, from the party membership.

Previously, Odarchenko’s membership in the faction was suspended during a NABU investigation into the case of attempted bribery of Nayem.
On November 22, VASK arrested a deputy from the Servant of the People faction. He has the right to post a bail of 15 million UAH.
At the court hearing, he stated that he “communicated with Nayem many times on various topics,” but “never voiced any offers of improper benefits. Odarchenko said that the investigation fabricated recordings of wiretaps of his meetings with Nayem.
