Today, November 22, the Economic Court of Kyiv opened bankruptcy proceedings against Ukraine International Airlines (UIA). This was reported by Economic Truth.
As a result of the meeting, bankruptcy proceedings were opened for UIA, and the court recognized the bank’s monetary claims. Arbitration manager Tatyana Nosenko was appointed administrator of the UIA estate. The decision is reportedly due to be published on November 23.
