He illegally left Ukraine during a full-scale invasion and is engaged in information and explosive activities that harm the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the intelligence service said in a statement.
After confirming his suitability for military service and being summoned to the TCC, in August 2023 Oleshko left the territory of Ukraine on the basis of a forged certificate from the VLK.
The suspicion concerns two articles of the Criminal Code:
Part 1 Art. 114-1 (obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations);
Part 4 Art. 358 (use of a knowingly forged document).
He faces up to eight years in prison.
