On the night of November 19, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the Russians, according to preliminary data, opened fire on the civilian infrastructure of Seredina-Buda with a mortar.

As a result of the invaders’ attack on the territory of his own household, a 51-year-old man died.

A pre-trial investigation is conducted into violations of the laws and customs of war, including premeditated murder.
