The Main Intelligence Directorate says the message spread by Russian propaganda about the Ukrainian pilot’s “escape” is another fake.
Today, the Russian state propaganda newspaper TASS disseminated information about the alleged flight of a Ukrainian pilot over Russian territory. The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine rejects the information disseminated by the Russians about the alleged flight of a Ukrainian pilot over Russian territory. RBC-Ukraine writes about this in connection with a comment by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate Andrey Yusov.
It was reported that TASS referred to the words of Russian pilot Alexei Voevoda, who allegedly organized this “escape”, but Russian propagandists did not provide evidence of this information.
Ukrainian intelligence denied the Russian fabrication.
“There is an old Ukrainian saying: a katsap lies like an old goat. This is exactly the case,” said Yusov.
We remind you that at the end of August it became known that a Russian Mi-8 helicopter flew over Ukraine and surrendered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Russian pilot secretly agreed with Ukrainian intelligence.
