In the Kherson region, which the Russians brutally bombard with artillery and rockets on a daily basis, mobilization measures have been intensified and a “prohibition” has been introduced: military personnel who are not performing combat missions there will not be able to enter Kherson.

The sale of alcohol has been banned in 160 settlements of the Kherson region, but the restriction does not apply to the regional center. Mobilization efforts are also being intensified in the region.
The head of the Kherson OVA, Alexander Prokudin, announced this on November 17.
From today, military personnel who do not carry out combat missions on the territory of the Kherson community will not be able to enter Kherson,” Prokudin said.
The exception is for defenders and defenders living in the city who are on a business trip, on vacation or undergoing treatment.
In addition, the region prohibits the publication of photos and videos from which one can accurately determine the location of the Russian “arrival.”
