In Volyn, the court convicted a 55-year-old pedophile of corrupting three girls. This was stated on Tuesday, November 14, in the judgment of the Lyubomlsky District Court of the Volyn region.
Investigators reported that the man, from September 2022 to May 2023, committed corruption with three girls aged seven, eight and nine years.
“He undressed in front of the children and used his hands to stimulate his own genitals. He performed such actions about fifty times,” the report said.
The case states that such actions can lead to moral and physical harm to children.
“Committed evil acts of a sexual nature against minors, aiming to satisfy his own sexual desire, as well as the ability to cause physical and moral corruption of minors, which led to the disruption of normal mental and social development of children and expressed in exposing and stimulating his own genitals with his hand. in the presence of minors,” said the court verdict.
The man was found guilty under the article “corruption of minors” and sentenced to five and a half years in prison. In addition, the judge decided to enter information about the man in the so-called “pedophile register.”
