The enemy has created a number of “district newspapers” in the Luhansk region and is distributing this waste paper free of charge to local residents. However, the “editorial offices” employ imported guest performers, supervised from Russia, the CNS notes. “The Russians are trying to change the situation and find local collaborators, so they have started looking for vacancies for chief editors of this waste paper.
It is noted that the occupiers offer increased salaries for working in such “newspapers” and promise to teach a person from scratch.
