Ukrainian intelligence officers said at least three Russian Guard officers were killed in the explosion.
On Saturday, November 11, partisans blew up the headquarters of Russian terrorists in Melitopol. As a result of the explosion, three Russian officers were killed. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“The act of revenge, carried out by representatives of the local resistance movement, took place in the area of the New Post, which was taken over by the Russians, located on Dmitry Dontsov Street,” said intelligence officials.
The report says that the terrorists have set up their headquarters in the post office building. In particular, the attack was carried out at a meeting of FSB officials and the Russian Guard.
An hour before the meeting, terrorists blocked traffic on a nearby part of the road – from the Melitopol Autohydraulic Unit enterprise to the former Melitopol Refrigeration Engineering Plant Refma, which was turned into an enemy military base.
At least three Russian Guard officers were killed in the explosion. Information about other losses is being clarified.
“After the attack in Melitopol, a riot began – many policemen rushed to the scene with sirens on. After a few hours, they dragged a car that was on fire near the headquarters through the occupied city to their station,” GUR added.
