The British group of companies Mondi has been removed from the list of international war sponsors after completing its plan to sell its business to the Russian Federation. NAPC reported this.
It was noted that Mondi, a British paper manufacturer, officially confirmed the closing of the deal and placed a corresponding announcement on the London Stock Exchange.

We wish the prosperity and development of the business of Mondi and whoever chooses of the values of freedom, democracy and social responsibility, we urge you to follow their example. I am sure that leaving the Russian market is something that meets the long-term interests of any brand, but, unfortunately , not all businesses understand this in time, ” stressed Alexander Novikov, head of NAPC.
It was previously reported that the United States has introduced new sanctions against Russia.
