Previously, for a child to leave with one of the parents, it was necessary to obtain a notarized written consent from the other parent.
The Cabinet of Ministers authorized the issuance of a temporary permit for a child to travel abroad through Diyu. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov on Telegram on November 7.
“Quick and convenient – the government supported the issuance of a temporary permit for a child to travel abroad in Dii,” he wrote.
Fedorov noted that everything will be very simple to work.
“It is necessary that both parents have Diya. One sends an application for permission, and the second gives permission to the application of Diya.Pidpis. Then the data is automatically entered into the State Register of Status Laws Civilians, and border guards will be able to check everything online,” explained the minister.
Fedorov also added that the Dii service is completely free of charge, however, the classic method of obtaining permission from a notary will remain available to parents.
We remind you that Dii explained earlier whether the application can be used when crossing the border.
