The enemy agent turned out to be a man who worked as a foreman at a local enterprise engaged in the construction of roads and bridges. The Russian intelligence service recruited him remotely through the Telegram messenger.

Under the guise of working trips, the agent recorded the locations and movements of Ukrainian troops throughout the region.

To prepare the missile attack, the Russian agent provided the invaders with electronic location-referenced coordinates of the targets.

The attacker faces life imprisonment.

On October 6, a 10-year-old boy and his grandmother were killed in a missile attack in Kharkov, and 28 other people were injured.
