Pistorius emphasized the need to be prepared for war and strengthen the borders of European countries.

A war with Israel will not force Germany to reduce its support for Ukraine. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced this on Wednesday, November 1, in an interview with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

He stressed that supporting Ukraine is Germany’s responsibility.

“This is a position that is not subject to discussion,” Pistorius emphasized.

At the same time, if Israel can rely on the same military support, Pistorius noted that this issue is not considered now.

“The Israelis need funds in a limited amount,” added the minister.

At the same time, Pistorius stressed that Europe itself must be prepared for war.

“Actually, we must also be prepared for the possibility that we will be attacked… Then we will have to fight a defensive war,” he said, confirming plans to increase the size of the German army to 203,000 troops.

Europe will not allow Vladimir Putin to destroy the security of the European continent, said the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Mezola.

NATO countries must be prepared for aggression from Russia. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced this on Friday, October 27.
