The Israeli military remains focused on the Gaza Strip, but will defend against the Houthis if necessary.
The Defense Forces will not be bothered by Yemen trying to challenge Israel. IDF Speaker Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said this in a briefing on Tuesday, October 31.
He noted that the Israeli military remains committed to the Gaza Strip, despite attempts by the Iran-backed Houthi movement to declare war on Israel.
“There are many actors in the region who are acting as proxies of Iran, like the Houthis, who are trying to challenge us and distract us from the war in Gaza. We remain focused. We are focused on the war in Gaza,” Rear Admiral Daniel said Hagary.
However, he added that the IDF will know when to defend itself if necessary.
We remind you that on Tuesday the Yemeni armed forces announced that they launched a missile attack on Israel. They noted that the attacks with missiles and drones will continue until the Israeli aggression stops.
