Russian troops shelled Kherson twice, so far one death and one wounded are known. The head of the city’s military administration, Roman Mrochko, announced this on October 31.
He mentioned that the first shelling took place around 10:00.
“In the suburbs (Russian troops) ran into a car. It caught fire. After the fire was extinguished, the body of the deceased was found in the cabin. The information is being clarified,” specified the head of the GVA.
Mrochko later added that after 11:00 the invaders covered the central district of Kherson with wildfire.
“As a result of the shooting, warehouses were destroyed, about ten cars were damaged. So far, one person has been injured. A 34-year-old man received wounds on his legs. He was hospitalized,” the official stressed.
