In Ukraine, due to bad weather, shelling and technological violations, consumers in nine regions remain without electricity. The Ministry of Energy announced this on Monday, October 30.
Due to unfavorable weather conditions, 100 settlements in six regions remain without power – Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kharkov, Sumy, Chernigov. Most of them are in the Kyiv region, where 52 settlements are without power.
Due to shelling in the Donetsk region, 16 settlements were cut off from power. Also, some consumers in Zaporozhye, Sumy, Kharkov, Kherson, and Chernigov regions remain without electricity. Repair teams work where the security situation allows.
In total, electrical engineers provided power to nearly 34 thousand consumers during the day. Most of them are in the Donetsk region.
As a result of technological violations, consumers in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions were cut off.
According to Ukrenergo, in total, due to military operations and technological violations, 411 settlements remain without electricity.
At the same time, the electricity produced by the power plants is sufficient to meet the needs of consumers.
We remind you that on October 28, bad weather broke out in Ukraine. Due to stormy winds and heavy rains, four people died and 10 others were injured. More than 1,800 communities in 16 regions remained without electricity.
