The day before, the occupation authorities of the peninsula announced a “massive external cyber attack” on Crimean Internet providers. Crimean mobile operator and Internet provider Miranda Media claimed that the attack was “unprecedented.” Communications of the occupying forces in Crimea and in the occupied parts of Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk and Lugansk regions are partially paralyzed.
