The third peace summit on Ukraine started in Malta on Saturday, October 28.

At the summit, plans for the implementation of the five points of the Ukrainian peace formula will be presented and discussed: nuclear, energy, food security, humanitarian direction (release of prisoners and deportees), restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and world order. Representatives from more than 65 countries, including the West and the Global South, arrived in Malta. The head of the presidential office, Andrei Ermak, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, the plans presented at the summit were developed by working groups, which included representatives of embassies of different countries, as well as experts.
Let us remind you that Bloomberg reported that China will not participate in the third summit of the Ukrainian peace formula in Malta. The media indicated that this is a serious disappointment for Ukraine and Vladimir Zelensky, since China is one of the few countries that has real influence on Russia.
