In Australia, a whale jumped out of the water and hit a surfer. The man, identified as Jason Breen, was unharmed. It happened on Sydney’s northern beaches. This was reported by 9news.
The 55-year-old surfer documented the event with a GoPro camera. The impact pulled the man underwater, causing the rope attached to his ankle to break.
“He came down, landed on top of me and got caught in my rope. To be honest, he pulled me under him for about 20 to 30 meters. I thought everything was over. Then I felt the rope break. My first I thought, ‘Thank God.’ , and I went up,” Brin said.
