Ukrainians in Poland can restore a lost or stolen driver’s license. The service is available in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk and Krakow.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported on October 25 that previously Ukrainian drivers could only exchange their existing driver’s license. Now exchange is possible in connection with loss or theft. This is the second country after Turkey in which such a service is available.
To receive the service, you must contact the State Enterprise “Document”.
You can sign up online on the website or provide the required list of documents on a first-come, first-served basis. Namely:
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine with the indicated registered place of residence;
- taxpayer certificate;
- A document confirming the change in personal data (if necessary).

- Warsaw: Jerusalem Alleys, 179 (Blue City shopping center 2nd floor);
- Wroclaw: Grunwaldska Square 22, 50-363 (0 floor);
- Krakow: Krakowska Gallery (2nd floor, entrance only from parking lot Sector C);
- Gdańsk: Grunwaldska Alley, 415.
