The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces published operational information about the Russian invasion on Wednesday evening, October 25.
“On the night of October 25, Russian terrorist troops launched another air strike on Ukraine, using 11 attack UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. All kamikaze drones were destroyed by air defense. As a result of the fall of the remains of the UAV , unfortunately, there were injuries to the civilian population. In the cities of Slavuta and Netishin, Khmelnitsky region, 11 apartment buildings and 9 private houses, 2 educational institutions, 2 fire and rescue units, a police department building and other civilian infrastructure were damaged ,” the General Staff report said.

“In total, the enemy carried out 47 air strikes and carried out 25 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of a strike of a guided aerial bomb in a residential area of the city of Berislav, Kherson region, unfortunately, there were deaths and injuries among the civilian population. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged,” reported the General Staff.
In the direction of Kupyansk, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanovka in the Kharkov region, where the defense forces rejected 11 attacks of enemy.
In the Liman direction, the Defense Forces repelled all enemy attacks near Nadiya and Makeevka, Lugansk region.
In the direction of Bakhmut, Ukrainian soldiers repelled seven enemy attacks in the areas of settlements of Bogdanovka, Ivanovskoye, Klishchievka, Andreevka in the Donetsk region.
At the direction of Avdeevsky, the invaders conducted unsuccessful attack operations with aviation support in the areas of settlements of Stepnoe, Avdeevka, Tonenkoe, and Severnoe in the Donetsk region. Here the Defense Forces repulsed 12 enemy attacks.
In the Maryinsky direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful attack operations with aviation support in the Maryinka and Novomikhailovka areas of the Donetsk region, where the defense forces repelled 14 attacks by enemy.
In the Shakhtarsky direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful attack operations with aviation support in the area of the settlements of Vodyanoye, Novoukrainka and Staromayorskoye in the Donetsk region.
In the direction of Zaporozhye, Ukrainian soldiers repelled an enemy attack near Verbovoye, Zaporozhye region.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue offensive operations in the direction of Melitopol, offensive (attack) actions in the direction of Bakhmut, causing damage to the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, eliminating the enemy in entire front line.
During the day, the Defense Forces aviation carried out 7 strikes on areas where enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated. Rocket force units hit 3 shells, 6 artillery pieces, and an enemy air defense radar station.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had a victory west of Verbovoy.
