These are strike-type drones capable of carrying several kilograms of explosives. That is why they are also dangerous. The invaders have already launched two such drones from the northern direction. The press secretary of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, stated this on air at the national telethon.
According to him, the remains and debris of these UAVs make it clear what the Russians are using to construct them.
In fact, engines were purchased from AliExpress, and thus the enemy will use them. This is not the first time that this plane is sculpted from simple materials, as they say, “out of sticks” and launched towards our state,” he said.
Let us recall that in August, British intelligence reported that the Russian Federation had begun to use one-way unmanned aerial vehicles (OWA-UAV) of its own production, based on the Iranian developments of Shahed. However, Russia still depends on components from Iran, and finished Iranian weapons continue to be mainly delivered through the Caspian Sea.
