Ukraine came in second place after the United States in terms of the number of deaths in Israel, noted Mikhail Brodsky.

In Israel, 23 Ukrainian citizens became victims of attacks by Hamas militants. This was announced by Israel’s Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Brodsky in Twitter on Wednesday, October 18th.

“According to the updated report, 23 Ukrainian citizens were killed as a result of the Hamas attack on Israel. This is the second number of foreigners killed in an attack after the United States,” the diplomat said.

Let’s remember that just yesterday, October 17, 13 Ukrainians were found dead. This was announced by the First Lady of Ukraine Elena Zelenskaya. Now Ukrainian citizens are being evacuated from Israel.

As you know, on October 7, Hamas militants attacked Israel and killed more than a thousand civilians. In response, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a military operation to destroy the group.
