The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has put former lawyer Mark Feigin, identified in the Russian Federation as a “foreign agent,” on its wanted list. This was reported by the Russian news agency Interfax.

“Feigin gained fame as one of the lawyers in the high-profile case of the punk group Pussy Riot. He also defended Leonid Razvozzhaev, who was convicted of organizing riots in Manezhnaya Square, one of the leaders of extremist radical nationalist community Combat Organization of Russian Nationalists (BORN), pilot and politician Nadezhda Savchenko, former head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev, Ukrainian citizen Roman Sushchenko, who was convicted of espionage,” the publication said. Earlier, the FSB detained a resident of Sevastopol who was allegedly preparing a terrorist attack on a railway in temporarily occupied Crimea. The FSB assured that “the terrorist attack was planned with the aim of disrupting military transport.”
