There were 51 people in the building at the time of the attack. One died, 13 were injured, Donetsk OVA reports.
The rocket flew into the building of the city department of social protection of the population during the working day. There were more than 50 employees and visitors in the building. 13 people were injured, another person died in hospital from his injuries.
Two buildings were damaged. According to preliminary data, Russia attacked the city with two missiles from the Iskander-M OTRK, reports the communications department of the Donetsk region police.
According to the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a man was killed and three more were injured as a result of being hit by ammunition. Eight employees of a government agency and two visitors were injured from the attack by the Russian army.
Victims with concussions, fractures and shrapnel wounds were provided with emergency medical care.
