During the battles for Avdiivka, MTR fighters destroyed eight pieces of heavy equipment and dozens of invaders in one day. This was reported by the command of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“For the third day, the attention of the Ukrainians was focused on the situation in the direction of Avdiivka, where the enemy intensified offensive actions. However, the Defense prevented the plans of the enemy’s excesses, denied all the attack and hold their positions. The MTR soldiers were among the first to enter the battle,” the command statement said.
It was reported that as a result of the successful ambush, raid and successful attack work of the UAV crews of the 3rd Special Forces Regiment, the following were destroyed:
– five tanks;
– an infantry fighting vehicle;
– an armored personnel carrier;
– a Tiger armored car;
– dozens of enemy manpower units.
