This was reported by the RBC-Ukraine agency, citing sources in law enforcement agencies.

According to the publication’s sources, the incident occurred at a mobile checkpoint in the Svyatoshinsky district of the capital, where the military and the police were conducting exercises.

At about 10 a.m., the driver of the Peugeot bus did not stop at the request of the military. Therefore, one of the servicemen responded by opening fire, first in the air, and then on the wheels of the car that stopped the car. It is noted that the driver refused hospitalization.
