This was reported by the so-called head of the occupation administration Yevgeny Balitsky on the air of the Rossiya 24 propagandists.
Balitsky claims that some residents of the Russian-controlled part of the region are “delaying their delay” in obtaining Russian citizenship.

TASS, citing the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, writes that about 83% of residents of the fake DPR and LPR, as well as the occupied parts of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, applied for a Russian passport.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov said that residents of the occupied territories need to save their lives, so they can take Russian passports.
