“The defense forces continue offensive operations in the south of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, causing losses to the enemy in manpower and equipment, and consolidating their position on the achieved lines,” said the military order.
In the area of responsibility of OSGV Tavria in Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions the enemy tried to restore the lost position in the Avdeevka area of the Donetsk region and improve the tactical situation in the Lastochkino area of the Donetsk region. “The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to carry out an offensive operation in the direction of Melitopol, offensive (attack) actions in the direction of Bakhmut, causing losses in manpower and equipment to the occupation forces, continues to gain a foothold in the occupied lines and tire the enemy,” stressed the General Staff.
In the area of responsibility of OSGV Odessa in the direction of Kherson The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to conduct counter-battery warfare, destroying warehouses and hitting the enemy’s rear line.
In the past 24 hours, Defense Forces aircraft have carried out 13 strikes on areas where Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated.
