According to preliminary data, the driver was traveling as part of a military convoy, but lost control, drove off the bridge and was hit by a train.
A serviceman from military unit 58249 Abay Kultasev, a serviceman from military unit 21005 Vitaly Paginets and a serviceman from military unit 21005 Kirill Gaichenko were killed. Servicemen Renata and Mikhail were wounded, the report says.
