Russian Daniil Alferov contacted representatives of Ukraine through the “I Want to Live” project. He has collaborated with the GUR since June 2023 and convinced 11 Russian military personnel to surrender.
Then the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces transported Alferov to territory controlled by Ukraine.
