A document proving place of residence is required to arrange a child in a kindergarten or school, get married, and become registered in the military.
A new service has appeared on the Diya portal: now you can use it to get an extract about the place of residence. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
“We have digitized one of the most popular certificates among Ukrainians – an extract at the place of residence. It can now be obtained on the portal of Diya in just 1 minute,” the minister wrote.
The video posted in the message proves that it is actually very fast.
Fedorov promised that such a service will soon appear in the Diya mobile application.
To receive an electronic statement you need:
– log in to the Diya portal;
– select the service: “Extract from the community register of the territory”;
– click “Get a statement”.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation informs that a document proving place of residence is required in order to arrange a child in a kindergarten or school, get married, and be able to register in the military.
It was previously reported that through Dia, you can even adopt a child.
