Zelensky and Stoltenberg discussed tightening air defense against the backdrop of Russian drone attacks.
At the joint press conference, Stoltenberg also said that the Ukrainian military is “gradually gaining ground” in its counteroffensive against Russian forces, the agency writes.
Stoltenberg’s visit was not previously announced.
Also in the capital today was the French Minister of Defense Sebastien Lecornu, along with about 20 representatives of defense industry enterprises.
In addition, the newly appointed British Secretary of State for Defense Grant Shapps visited Ukraine.
