The Russian Federation continues the policy of compulsory passports of the temporarily occupied regions.
The Russians threatened residents of the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories to reduce social payments. We are talking about child care payments. They promise to deprive mothers without Russian passports of money. The Center for National Resistance reported this on Monday, September 25.
“The occupiers threaten that payments will be reduced, including the cancellation of social assistance, if the passport requirement is ignored,” the message said.
CNS suggests that this is nothing but blackmail.
“In fact, the occupiers blackmail the single mother or father to force the child to accept the red waste paper,” the organization said.
Russia has promised higher payments for the care of Ukrainian children whose relatives are in Ukrainian-controlled territory.
The Russian occupiers have created so-called “federal commissariats” on the territory of the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine and are preparing to conscript local men to fight in Ukraine.
